1.       When I put something in my cart is it mine?

Placing something in your cart does not guarantee it will be available by the time you checkout.

2.       What is a pre-order?

 A pre-order is an advance purchase of a product which allows you to reserve the product before it is available to ship.

 3.       What is concierge shopping?

Concierge shopping is a service we provide to help you find a specific item or look you are searching for.  If you want a specific item we do not carry or no longer have in stock, then let us know and we will try to find it for you.  If you have a special occasion and do not know what is available, let us know and we will pull together some ideas and help you obtain the product.  Please see our concierge section for more detail.

4.       Do your products run true to size?

It would be nice!  Unfortunately, some brands may run smaller or larger than the norm.  In fact, some brands that run true to size may have a specific style that for some reason does not.  If we are aware of any brands that do not run true to size, then we will notify our customers on the “brand” page or in our sizing charts.

5.       Is gift packaging available?

Most items can be gift boxed and wrapped with a gift message for an additional charge.

6.       I cannot remember my password, what do I do?

Please see our Store Policies section which gives detailed instructions on changing and retrieving your password.

7.       Can I purchase your products from my mobile phone?

Yes, our website should work in your mobile phone browser.
